We also offer supporting technology solutions and AI-based tools designed to enhance recruitment processes, talent matching, and workforce management.

2. Pricing

Pricing is determined per service, proposal, or contract. Fees may include recruitment success fees, subscription-based services, or milestone-based professional services, depending on the nature of the engagement.

All prices are exclusive of Japanese consumption tax, unless otherwise stated.

3. Additional Fees

There are no additional fees beyond the agreed service price.

4. Accepted Payment Methods

Payments are accepted via Stripe and bank transfers.

5. Payment Timing

• Subscription Services: Billed at the end of each billing month.
• Project-Based and Recruitment Services: Billed according to milestones or payment terms defined in the individual contract or agreement.

6. Service Delivery Timing

• Subscription Services: Services are provided continuously during the active subscription period.
• Project-Based and Recruitment Services: Services are delivered in accordance with the timelines, milestones, or conditions defined in the relevant agreement.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Due to the nature of professional recruitment services, returns are not accepted. Recruitment-related replacements, or fee adjustments, if applicable, are governed by the specific terms agreed upon in individual contracts.

For project-based services, only milestones that have not yet commenced may be cancelled. Completed and delivered milestones are non-refundable.

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, no further charges will apply from the next billing cycle onward.
