Project Overview

SuperCells identified an opportunity in the aesthetic medicine sector by creating a medical booking platform to connect international tourists with clinics in Japan. Motivo provided support in strategic consulting, UX/UI design, software architecture, and website development, delivering an innovative and scalable solution with a Web3 technology focus to facilitate expansion.

The Challenge

SuperCells needed to redefine its operating model, transitioning from a scientific laboratory to a brand in the medical-aesthetic tourism sector. Despite its expertise in treatments, it lacked a digital strategy to connect with interested tourists. There was no channel to facilitate bookings or build trust with international patients, and a strong narrative was needed to attract investors and strategic partners.

3. Website: A booking platform was designed and developed, enabling international tourists to schedule aesthetic treatments in Japan. The site functions as the main acquisition and communication channel, tailored to a global audience.
